How do I track my order?
Upon confirmation of your order, you'll receive a whatsapp and email including your order no. and other details. Login to our official website and navigate to my orders > your order number > track.
What is the average order fulfilment time?
After confirmation, we ship your products within 2 days, it may take up 4-7 working days from shipment date for you to receive your Lori products. Customised orders might take 4-6 days to get shipped.
Can I get my order on COD?
Yes, you can order your favourite products on a Pay on Delivery choice at a minimal cash handling fee of INR 50.
Final delivery time might vary situation to situation?
Delays due to reasons beyond are control such as weather conditions, natural disasters, state affairs or clearance issues, are not a direct responsibility of Lori. Delays on part of the courier partners can be reasoned with tracking but we have a limited responsibility in such a scenario.
If the package looks tampered with do not accept the delivery?
If your package looks damaged, torn, or outright mishandled with, refuse to accept and inform us at loriindiastore@gmail.com, so that we can take further course of action.
What are the domestic shipping charges?
We offer free delivery for all orders above INR 1000, across India.
What are your international shipping charges?
International orders bear an extra delivery cost, based on the country of order placement. Custom charges, port taxes and any other cost is to be customer-borne.
Can I get my order gift wrapped?
Lori is all about special moments and to celebrate these, we do offer cutesy gift wrapping on all our products at a minimal cost of INR 100.
