What sizes are available?
We offer sizes that go from 3 years upto 10 years of age. Your Lori comes in an inclusive size chart with overlapping size charts i.e. 3-4 Y, 4-5 Y, 5-6 Y etc.
How do I choose the right size for my kid?
You can refer to our detailed size charts on each product page. Our sizing compliments children and promote comfort and ease of movement. Our pieces usually have a relaxed fit, and so, no more hugging on the body outfits for your little one.
What is your return/exchange policy?
For any reason, if you wish to exchange/return your Lori outfit, we offer a 10 days comprehensive return and exchange policy. Exchanges are limited to once per order ID, post which it might be difficult to accept return/exchange requests.
What all fabrics do you use?
Your Lori is made from the finest blends of cotton from fine cotton chanderi, mulmul, cotton poplin and cotton dobby. Keeping in mind breathability, softness, and comfort maximalism
Is customization available?
We can offer size based cutomisation upon prior request. We request you to keep an additional window of 4-5 working days other than the standard shipping time in order to get customization done.
Are all of your products handmade?
As for most of the piece that we design, artisanal excellence plays a pivotal role. Ours is solid collaboration with skilled local artisans who hand block our prints, use hand-done embroidery techniques and finally create pieces that set our little ones apart.
How do I place an order?
Simply add your loved pieces in cart, choose the right size and proceed to checkout. You'll receive a confirmation mail once your order is verified from our end.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, wallets and net banking. You can also opt for COD on orders above INR 2000 with a small handling fee. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Can i modify/cancel my order after placing it?
Please mail us at loriindiastore@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed, we cannot guarantee modifications.
Do you ship all over India?
Yes! Your LORI is shipped across India covering all major pincodes, we offer free shipping across the country. Typically, it takes 4-7 working days to deliver an order depending upon your location. For detailed information, visit Shipping Policy
Do you offer international shipping?
We do offer international shipping to a select countries.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
On the returns/exchange page enter your order with Order ID and mobile number, select the item you wish to exchange/return and proceed with your request. We'll send an email on your registered mail ID once we confirm your request.
